Laser cutting produces precise contours from plate and profile; for low volumes that need no die this is the fastest route. On the press line we carry out bending, drawing, piercing and cutting operations. On the machining side our milling and turning machines produce fasteners, bushings and special fixtures.
With tube and profile processing, welded fabrication and assembly groups we can deliver the part finished rather than as a single component. Welded groups are clamped in fixtures we build ourselves, so every part comes out to the same dimension.
Laser cutting is one of the first application steps linked to the sheet metal fabrication production plan. Part geometry, material, volume and tolerances are evaluated together to define the right machine, tooling and operation sequence.
