The geometry of the part decides the die
We choose the right die type together, based on volume, part size and form complexity.

Progressive die
The strip advances from station to station in a single press; a finished part leaves with every stroke. The lowest piece cost in high volume production.

Transfer die
The part is carried mechanically between stations. Suited to large parts cut free of the strip that require deep drawing.

Manual die
Single dies fed by the operator. The most economical route for low volumes and for the sample or prototype stage.

Trim die
Cutting away excess material after forming and finishing the edges. The step that brings the part to its final dimensional accuracy.

Welding fixtures
Jigs that hold parts in a repeatable position in welded assembly groups, preventing distortion in series production.

Checking fixtures
Gauges that quickly verify the dimensional and form conformity of the produced part under shop floor conditions.
Four capabilities, one unbroken chain
Every step from engineering to series production is in house. That removes a link from the supply chain — leaving you shorter lead times and a single point of contact.

From a 30 m² workshop to today's plant
Beşel Kalıp was founded in 1978 by Zühtü Bıyık in a 30 m² workshop in Çamdibi, İzmir, with 100% Turkish capital. What began with press and die work has grown in every decade since.
The CNC machining centres, wire EDM machines and presses acquired in the 2000s multiplied our capacity. From our plant in Kemalpaşa, which we moved into that same year, we produce dies and sheet metal parts for eleven industries — automotive above all.
From drawing to first shipment
Enquiry & feasibility
We review your technical drawing or 3D model and assess it for manufacturability and cost.
Design & simulation
Process and die design are carried out; strip layout reveals the risks before any steel is cut.
Die manufacturing
CNC machining, EDM and assembly in our own workshop; every stage under our own control.
Trial & approval
Sample stamping on the press, dimensional inspection report and any revisions needed — ours until approval.
Series production
Series production with the approved die, periodic die maintenance and delivery tracking.
We produce for eleven industries
From the discipline we learned in automotive to the durability agriculture demands, we meet very different requirements on the same machines.

It is not the machine that finishes the job, but the craftsman who knows it
Built up through investments made since the 2000s, our machine park lets us keep the whole process — from die manufacturing to series production — inside the plant.
Values and ranges reflect the verified working data published in the Beşel Kalıp 2025 company presentation.
We have never forgotten that quality is only possible through technical knowledge and experience.
