2. Personal data processed
Depending on the nature of the request you send through our website, the following data is processed:
- Identity data: first name, surname
- Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, company name
- Request content: the information in your message and any technical files you upload
- For job applications: education, experience and contact details contained in your CV
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, time of form submission

- Assessing your quote request and responding to you
- Conducting technical and commercial correspondence
- Managing the business relationship where a contract is concluded
- Assessing job and apprenticeship applications and running recruitment processes
- Ensuring website security and preventing misuse
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. Legal basis and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means, through the contact, quote and application forms on our website.
Processing is based on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where required, on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above, to the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers we use and to legally authorised public authorities.
Where overseas providers are used, recipients, purposes and the applicable KVKK transfer mechanism must be determined before launch, including email, analytics and map services. This draft does not constitute transfer authorisation.
6. Retention period
Separate retention periods for enquiries, applications and technical logs must be confirmed by the company and limited to their purpose and legal obligations. Exact periods have not yet been approved.
At the end of the period your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction where the data is incomplete or incorrect
- To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
- To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
8. How to apply
Requests must follow the applicable procedure. Write to the company postal address or email info@beselkalip.com from an address previously provided to and recorded by the company. Channels must be confirmed by the company. Requests are concluded within 30 days; fees under the Board tariff may apply where additional costs arise.
