Once the design is approved the work moves into our own workshop. CNC machining, wire and die sinking EDM, grinding and assembly all proceed under one roof and one team.

Roughing and finishing of the die blocks is done on CNC machining centres. Cutter and punch profiles are produced on wire EDM, deep and sharp corners on die sinking EDM. For parts requiring heat treatment we run hardness and dimensional checks together with the specialist suppliers we work with.

During assembly the pillars, bushings, springs and safety elements are fitted and the die is made ready for trial stamping on the press. After the first samples are taken a dimensional report is issued, the necessary revisions are made, and the die is only delivered once the customer has approved it.
